running with scissors no really a stopwatch

Attempt number 3 to get up and running started in ernest today. I got a battery for my stopwatch- thanks to Val a few Xmas past- and walked for 2 minutes and then ran for 1 minute 6 times - 18 minutes in total. I didn't die like last week - no stop watch so all guesses at times using shuffle and various songs. I nearly died last week ended up really red in the face with huge stitches and then had a bad headache all day. I felt heaps better after this morning's attempt, still had a bit of a stitch hopefully this will improve over then next few goes.
