These guys are my friends

This little fellow makes for the best mozzarella and sausages too. The Mozzerella is best served with tomatoes, basil, oil and a good balsamic vinegar - yum yum yum
p.s. and now I hear there steaks too... anther culinary experience to look forward to.
I used to say when asked what don't I eat and the standard answer was tripe - well the other day when asked again is there anything I don't eat I went to answer tripe - and realised that I had eaten and oh no enjoyed it. At our Christmas party last year we ha yum cha at my now favorite Marigold - the fifth floor is the one. One of my work collegues is a regular there and knows what to eat - there are no nots in her book. So the trolley came round and the dare was on - and I went there - it was a bit chewy - but no where near as bad as the tripe mum had forced me to eat as a kid, the flavour won out in the end. The texture was a bit odd and I had to keep putting the image of what it was out of my mind. I am now nearly offically a tripe eater!!! Next on the adgenda is a spare parts tour of yum cha - I can't wait.
