I took this as we need a new blind for the bedroom window - and then looking at the image realised it is quite ethereal.

Outside the jasmine is now in full bloom and the scent wafts in throughout the day. The panes of glass rattle in the wind and when the freight trains stop and idle at the bottom of the garden, usually late at night. I find both the rattle and the rumble comforting and reassuring. The rhythmic nature of trains is quite soothing.
