Bake off

Any ideas we have a bake off at work next week. I was going to make the Orange almond cake in Stephanie Alexander originally Claudia Roden - but someone else is going to make it. So next idea was the lemon curd potato flour cake - other wise any ideas for a kick arse sure fire cake that will win me the golden whisk. I am up against some very good cooks in construction.
