my neck went out this week
so off to the TCM I went today - actually I have been going weekly for a while now - remember the needles
I have had needles everywhere imaginable - and not
I actually love needles - they make me all blissed out and calm
Today it was needles and then cups - not once but twice
and this is a few hours later - I feel totally wiped - but still on Ravelry!!!!!
I also not need to really cut down on my coffee consuption - possible the best time to do it on a two week break
and I started knitting my hand spun alpaca - yum yum and no blocked nose!!!!
