mental health day

I am having a mental health day today - and now I am at a loss what to do?
I will post about the cake I made on the weekend - nothing like a very appreciative divine 4yr old to cheer one up.


and the mad wonderful DIY chair for cranky days....better than a truck tyre which was our previous preferred anger/ frustration management tool.
