I am getting a bit Mrs Beeton at the moment - as the S.V. is working on a web site at the moment I am in charge of meals - I have been making a list for the past few weeks - going to the Markets and doing the shopping.
This week I stepped up a notch by typing out the menu and giving each day a nickname - knowing what the week has in store for us.
As you can see there is a HUGE treat for Saturday night - so Friday may just become bread a gruel in preparation.
I should also mention it is taped to the fridge and the reciepes are nearly always weight watchers one - apart for the Strode mention which is from Two's cooking by the Strodes.
