I got to do something today that I never thought I would.
My boss and I went to buy a farewell and thank you present for the retiring executive producer.
We sent around an email at the beginning of the week a collection. To show you how beloved she is we were able to buy a scarf and a cardie.
Not just any scarf
or any ordinary cardie.
So I got to go shopping to some shops I never would and pick out some gorgeous things.
And the best bit is that she will get such a surprise and delight. If only I could see her face when she opens the parcel on Monday.
