Poor Kris, after cruelly tricking her into believing I wouldn't make this cake she ended up with two cakes today. But a girl cannot have too many cakes - and this one is chocolate with glitter butter icing - yum. It is also meant to be Belle from beauty and the beast - I was up at 6am putting on the finishing touches this morning.

You really did trick me! I'm so grateful, Fee, and I feel a little guilty that you got up so early! Thank yo ufor the wonderful surprise. I can't wait to see her... and then eat it up!
