so much for eat less move more

although I did ride to work today as part of ride to work day today


then all that went out the window when dinner came around- after yum cha for lunch today too mind you

dinner was delightful and delicious

A special Herbies dinner at the Glebe point diner

with really wonderful company too!!!!  but I wont name and shame you know who you are....

I would show the food but I ate it

there are plans afoot to eat LAMB - want in, we need a few more to make up numbers planning for the alternative Halloween this year.....
