I have to admit I find the dog 'yarn' slightly disturbing. Not sure why. My second thought is that that would take a shitload of sofas to scrape the hair off LOL

I've spun dog hair before. Do not steam unwashed dog hair yarn to set the twist. Ask me how I know...

I spun Golden Retriever mixed with wool and then knitted a scarf with it for the owners. It's actually quite beautiful, but sheds like crazy!
